Takamaka Paradise Eggs!

One of my favourite breakfast recipes is Baked Avocado and Egg, first shown to me by my friends @leaneats …. when you add a tablespoon of Takamaka Virgin Coconut Oil it takes the taste to the next level…. It also has an almost perfect blend of proteins and fats.  Here is how I do it,

1. First preheat an oven to 425C

2. Grab an avocado and cut it in half, now scoop out the seed and around a tablespoon of flesh, (add it in after)

3.Tablespoon of Takamaka into the Avocado closely followed by an egg into each half avocado.

4.Bake for 15-20 minutes, make sure the egg whites are cooked

5. Enjoy responsibly;)… oh, add some chilli for a kick and powerful metabolism boosting effects!!!
